Lifeline UV Lamps
Lifeline UV advanced lamp technology are the only UK manufactured amalgam lamps. Delivering the ultimate combination of a high bacteria kill rate, low power consumption and minimal pressure drop, they offer improved efficiency, a wider operating temperature range and a longer lifespan than conventional low-pressure alternatives.
Each Lifeline unit requires only a single lamp which has an expected design life of 12,000 hours (the Lifeline UV 00149 model, designed for smaller domestic applications, uses a low-pressure lamp with a 9000 hour lifespan).

Lifeline UV Monitor
Lifeline’s UV monitor enables the continuous monitoring of UV intensity delivered by the chamber for added peace of mind. UV intensity is displayed on the screen as a percentage against the intensity of a new lamp. The intensity output is also available as a 4-20mA passive output that can be linked to an external SCADA system.
The Lifeline UV monitor can be purchased as a replacement for RCM controllers, or as an upgrade for RC controllers.
Lifeline UV Wiper Kits
Lifeline UV systems can be fitted with an optional wiper system to protect the quartz sleeve and reduce the need for on-site maintenance – the Lifeline UV 00149 model, designed for smaller domestic applications, cannot be fitted with a wiper system.

When replacing a UV lamp replacement quartz sleeves and O-rings are also available as standard spares, where required.
