Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a full 100 day money back guarantee on the Water-King WK1 and WK1-E water conditioners. Please contact us for advice on your Water-King installation before making any returns.
On all other goods, including the Drink-King filters and replacement parts, we offer a 14 day returns policy.
If a customer wishes to return a product they must inform us, and arrange the return postage within the time limits stated. Once informed and the goods are returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging a refund will be processed via the original payment method.
